This drawing was part of the collection donated to Schlesinger Library by Minerva’s daughter, Adelaide Nichols Baker. We have no identifying information about the house’s client or location (and therefore cannot determine its present-day status). The only thing we can confirm is that Minerva created it in early 1896, because she used her Pineapple Street address in Brooklyn in her signature; the family only lived at that address for a few months in 1896.
