“The same architect has placed the plans on boards for estimates for house of Mr. F.L. Harrington, on Upsal Street, Germantown, and noted in this journal in previous number. These include a handsome stable as well. All to be of stone, slate roofs and general modern conveniences introduced. For items refer to previous notes.” (December 7, 1892)

This commission is confusing, in part because F.L. Harrington was related to Francis Jordan, for whom Minerva designed the house at 320 Cynwyd Road in Bala, Pennsylvania. Further research is needed to iron out the details on this project in Germantown.
